Established by Regional Law 6/2004, the Apulia Film Commission Foundation was created in 2007 with the purpose of attracting a large number of national and international audiovisual productions to Puglia. Over the last 15 years, Apulia Film Commission, along with the Puglia Region, has financed hundreds of audiovisual works and produced thousands of film festivals and events. Within a few short years, Puglia has become a popular location for Italian and international cinema, thanks to its breathtaking locations, a great workforce and Apulian hospitality.
