The CIRCE project aim modernizing the production system by investing in the cultural and creative industry as a strategic resource to stimulate the economic progress of the regions concerned. The main outputs of CIRCE will be: a joint cross-border production platform; the establishment of a network for local film festivals; structured cooperation between the policy makers of the territories involved;
and strengthening the digital skills of companies in the audiovisual sector. Partners of the CIRCE project include AFC (lead partner), the Film Centre of Montenegro, the National Cinematography Centre of Albania and the Molise Region. Associated partners of the CIRCE project include the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro, the Ministry of Culture of Albania and the MIBACT.
